Факторы, влияющие на принятие финансовых решений: женский взгляд

Аннотация
Изучению факторов, влияющих на принятие финансовых решений женщинами, посвящено большое количество поведенческих и финансовых исследований. Ввиду сложности этого явления и того, что оно охватывает различные аспекты жизни, принятие решений требует учета как финансовых, так и когнитивных факторов. Женщина как жена
играет жизненно важную роль в домашнем хозяйстве, особенно в плане принятия финансовых решений.
Цель исследования заключается в оценке различных факторов, определяющих принятие решений преподавателей-женщин по Dpk LLDikti регион VII в Индонезии.
Оценивается уровень взаимосвязи интеллекта (FI), который состоит из измерений числового интеллекта (FI NI), вербального понимания (FI VU), скорости восприятия (FI PS), индуктивного рассуждения (FI IR) и дедуктивного рассуждения (FI DR), а также финансовой грамотности (FL) с процессом принятия финансовых решений (FDM). Применяется количественный статистический метод для изучения взаимосвязи между указанными переменными. Используя smartPLS 4, первичные данные из структурированной анкеты с использованием 5-точечной шкалы Ликерта были проанализированы с применением частичных наименьших квадратов — метода моделирования структурных уравнений. FI NI; FI VU; FI PS; FI IR и FI DR продемонстрировали положительную и статистически значимую корреляцию с FI, о чем свидетельствуют полученные результаты. Это также свидетельствует о том, что FI и FL имеют позитивные и существенные связи. Результаты также показывают, что FI и FL имеют положительную и статистически значимую взаимосвязь с FDM. Для успешного результата FDM использует FI (FI VU; FI PS; FI IR; FI DR) и FL для оптимального осуществления систематического и логического процесса принятия решений.
