Head of the Department of Business and corporate law at the Financial University.

Author of more than 180 scientific and educational works, including 19 monographs, 15 textbooks, 14 textbooks on financial law, business law and private international law.

Head of the Master programs “Legal support of entrepreneurial activity” and “Lawyer in the banking sector”. She is the founder and the head of the scientific school “State regulation of entrepreneurial activity”.

She is a member of:

• The Expert Council at the Commission of the Moscow City Duma on legislation;
• The Commission on the legislation on financial markets of the Association of lawyers of Russia;
• The Council of Educational and Methodical Association on legal education at universities in the Russian Federation.

Since 2008, she has been an expert in the quality of education.

G. F. Ruchkina is a member of the editorial boards of the following journals: “Entrepreneurial Law”, “Economics, taxes & law”, “Financial law”, “Finance: theory and practice”, “The Modern Lawyer”, “Taxes”, as well as the editor-in-chief and the chairman of the Editorial Board of the journal “Banking law”.

Under the scientific supervision of G. F. Ruchkina, 30 postgraduate students defended their thesis and became candidates of law.

Research interests: financial and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
