Экономическая (де-)глобализация: кто ее определяет?

Предмет исследования — динамика мирохозяйственных связей в контексте коллизии национальных промышленных политик и интересов транснациональных корпораций (ТНК). Цель работы — установить определяет ли страновая промышленная политика международную деятельность национальных корпораций или, наоборот, эта политика лишь отражает фактическую конкурентоспособность таких компаний. Методологическую основу исследования составили теоретические концепции экономической глобализации. Использованы методы качественного и статистического анализа теории и практики мирохозяйственных связей. В результате исследования последствий экономической глобализации для развитых и развивающихся стран в контексте национальных промышленных политик установлено, что интересы ТНК стран зрелых экономик по максимизации прибыли и на этой основе устойчивому росту своей стоимости во многих случаях расходятся с предпочтениями властей стран их происхождения в области мирохозяйственных связей. Сделан вывод о том, что указанная мотивация ТНК, скорее всего, будет превалировать над желанием властей ограничить географию их присутствия.
